WATCH HOW TO MAKE MILLET SMOOTHIE BOWL:
In a blender, add your cooked millets, I used barnyard but any kind works, frozen bananas, soaked almonds, soaked walnuts, pitted dates, some apple, and any milk of your choice—I’ve used coconut. I also like adding saffron for that lovely aroma.
Blend this until you get this super smooth and silky texture, it’s so satisfying! I like to top this bowl with some sliced fruit and nuts, I’ve used some beautiful kiwis mango, and pistachio here.

Truly this is the perfect boost of energy in the morning with so many superfoods, I’ve been having this on repeat! It’s filling and nutritious all at the same time!

- 3 tbsp cooked millets , I used Barnyard but you can use any type of millets
- 2 small banana , frozen
- 6 almonds , soaked and peeled
- 1 tbsp walnuts , soaked
- 2 dates , adjust based on the sweetness of the banana
- 1 small apple , frozen
- 1 cup coconut milk , or use any milk of your choice
- 4-5 strands saffron , soaked in ½ tsp water
- mixed fruits
- shredded coconut
- mixed nuts

Blend all of your ingredients together until they have a thick, smoothie-like consistency. Make sure that all of your fruits are frozen, otherwise the mixture won’t be thick enough.

Empty your smoothie into a bowl and top it off with your fruits, shredded coconut and mixed nuts. Your Millet Smoothie Bowl is ready, enjoy!
