Masala Street Corn

Mix charred roasted corn with sour cream, mayo, feta cheese, cilantro, and green chilies. Then, a big squeeze of lemon for that brightness.

I used this amazing South Indian finishing spice from Chutni Punch

for that punchy masala kick! I’ve given a recipe for a homemade spice blend that you can use instead too.

Masala Street Corn

Toss all this together, serve in individual cups, and this is truly the easiest summer favorite that you can make! Pair this with some lemonade or sliced watermelon, and lunch for a hot afternoon is sorted!

Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 cups roasted corn , charred
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp cilantro
  • 2 tsp green chilies , or jalapenos, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
Spice Blend (or use Chutni Punch Spicy Peanut Blend)
Garnish:
  • feta cheese
  • mint leaves
  • red chilies
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together, garnish and enjoy!
