Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups roasted corn , charred
  • 1 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp feta cheese
  • 1 tbsp cilantro
  • 2 tsp green chilies , or jalapenos, finely chopped
  • 2 tsp lemon juice

Spice Blend (or use Chutni Punch Spicy Peanut Blend)

Garnish:

  • feta cheese
  • mint leaves
  • red chilies
