WATCH HOW TO MAKE VEGAN HIGH-PROTEIN CHOCOLATE MOUSSE:
In a blender, combine silken tofu, melted dark chocolate, cocoa powder, sugar or maple syrup, a bit of instant coffee for depth, a splash of vanilla extract, and some salt.
Blend this until silky smooth and at the end, I like to fold in some orange zest for brightness. Serve these in orange shells for a fun look or even just a serving bowl and top them up with some chocolate shavings, cacao nibs, and your favorite fruits.

This dessert is perfect for those post-dinner sugar cravings and will leave you smiling guilt-free. This stores perfectly in the fridge for a few days and trust me, you are going to love this!
