
Kick-start your mornings with this Tricolor Winter Melon (Ash Gourd) Juice, a great detoxifying agent. Blend it with some mint leaves, ginger, and other fun add-ins like beets or turmeric for a refreshing cleanse to start your day!
- 1 cup winter melon (ash gourd) , chunks
- 3-4 mint leaves
- 1/4 cup water

- 2 small beetroot
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 inch ginger

Blend all the ingredients until smooth. Strain the blended mixture and transfer it into a serving glass. Serve fresh and enjoy!
