Shaved Fruit Chaat – a fun twist on the viral shaved fruit that’s all over Instagram! This is inspired by Delhi fruit chaat which I absolutely love during the summer, and it’s just as sweet, tangy, and colorful!
You can use whichever fruits you have on hand! I used a variety of tropical ones like mangoes, peaches, and pineapple. After grating each fruit, keep it in the fridge so it doesn’t melt while you grate the others.
To assemble, drizzle some honey on the bottom of a serving glass. Then, add in your shaved fruits. Sprinkle with chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, and red chili powder. Garnish with lime and it’s really that simple!
