Shaved Fruit Chaat

Shaved Fruit Chaat

Shaved Fruit Chaat - a fun twist on the viral shaved fruit that’s all over Instagram! This is inspired by Delhi fruit chaat which I absolutely love during the summer, and it’s just as sweet, tangy, and colorful!

Ingredients

  • 1 orange , peeled
  • 1 cup watermelon , cut in big chunks
  • 1 mangoes , peeled
  • 1 cup pineapple , cut in big chunks
  • 1 cup papaya , cut in big chunks
  • 1 peach , peeled
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • chaat masala
  • roasted cumin powder
  • red chili powder
  • salt , to taste
  • 1 lemon , cut in wedges
  • mint leaves

Instructions

  1. Freeze all the fruits for at least 7 to 8 hours, preferably overnight.

  2. When you are ready to serve, grate all fruits in separate bowls. After grating each fruit, keep it in the fridge so it doesn’t melt while you grate the others.

  3. Drizzle honey in a chilled serving glass and add the shaved fruits one by one.

  4. Sprinkle chaat masala, roasted cumin powder, red chili powder, and salt on top.

  5. Garnish with lemon wedges and mint leaves and your Shaved Fruit Chaat is ready! Enjoy!
