A simple snack to keep your immunity levels high during those late afternoon pangs! It’s a quick mix of blood oranges, avocado, and basil with a simple dressing of honey, extra virgin olive oil, and spices on a bed of microgreens!
- 1 blood orange , sliced
- 1 tangerine , sliced
- 1 avocados , sliced
- 1/4 cup microgreens
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp mixed herb blend
- pinch chia seeds
- pinch hemp seeds
- salt , to taste
- black pepper , to taste

Lay the sliced oranges and avocados on a plate.

Mix together the dressing ingredients and drizzle it on top of the fruits.

Garnish with chia and hemp seeds and enjoy!
