Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup blueberries
  • 1 lemon , chopped
  • 3 tbsp hipstirs lavender haze syrup
  • ginger ale , or any soda
Instructions
  1. Add blueberries and lemons to a shaker and muddle them.

  2. Strain this mixture in a glass and add Hip Stirs Lavender Haze syrup.

  3. Top it off with ginger ale, add ice and enjoy!

Recipe Notes
  • If you want to make lavender syrup at home, boil equal parts water and sugar with edible dry lavender flowers for 2-3 minutes and then switch off the gas. Cover  and then let it steep for 10 minutes before straining and storing in fridge.
