Strawberry Mimosa – a fresh, festive pairing with freshly squeezed orange juice, perfect to celebrate Mother’s Day! Spice up your classic mimosas or mocktails with some delicious in-season strawberries and brunch has never tasted better!
These can also be a great mocktail if you sub the champagne for something non-alcoholic like sparkling water or soda. From adults to kids, this Strawberry Mimosa is going to be the drink of the summer!


Strawberry Mimosa - a fresh, festive pairing with freshly squeezed orange juice, perfect to celebrate Mother’s Day! Spice up your classic mimosas or mocktails with some delicious in-season strawberries and brunch has never tasted better!
- 1/2 cup strawberries , fresh
- 2 cups orange juice , freshly squeezed and chilled
- sugar , if needed
- champagne , substitute with sprite, sparkling water, or non-alcoholic champagne
- mint leaves , for garnish

In a blender, add the strawberries and sugar if needed. Blend until smooth and chill in the fridge until ready to serve, for at least 2-3 hours. This can also be done the day before.

In a serving glass, add 2 tbsp of your strawberry purée and fill your glass halfway with chilled orange juice. Top them off with your champagne or other beverage, garnish with mint, and enjoy!
- Use chilled orange juice and strawberry puree for making the mimosa.
