Sweet and tangy, this fresh plum beetroot juice with orange, ginger and lemon is a light drink perfect for the summer! Packed with vitamins and minerals, this juice is an easy and enjoyable way to take in your nutrients!
- 3 medium plums , peeled and deseeded
- 2 medium beetroot , peeled and chopped
- 1 medium orange , peeled
- 1/2 inch ginger
- 4 cups water , or coconut water
- lemon juice , to taste
- pinch salt
- honey , to taste
- chia seeds , soaked
- mint leaves
- lemon slices

Put everything into a blender and blend to your desired consistency. Adjust the lemon and honey to your taste.

Strain the juice before putting into serving glasses.

Garnish with chia seeds, mint, and lemon slices and enjoy!
