- 2 cup watermelon , cut in rounds
- 2 cup cantaloupe , cut in rounds
- 15 basil leaves
- chaat masala
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tsp rose water
- 2 tsp lemon juice

To make the Rose Honey Dressing whisk all the ingredients together.

Arrange the watermelon, cantaloupe, and fresh basil leaves onto skewers.

Then arrange them on a serving plate and drizzle rose honey dressing and chaat masala on top.
