When you’re wanting to start your day off right, there’s nothing like banana pancakes for a clean, easy breakfast!
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 banana , ripe and mashed
- 1 tbsp oil , or butter and some for cooking
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp sweetener of your choice
- pinch salt
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon , optional

Mix all of the ingredients together until well combined. Adjust the quantity of milk as need to achieve your desired consistency.

Grease a pan with some oil or butter and cook the pancakes until golden brown for about 2-4 minutes per side.

Serve with some fresh fruit, chia seeds, and maple syrup and enjoy!
