										<div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text">While the ricotta is draining, heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Add in your garlic and let brown for 2-3 minutes until nice and caramelized. Add in your spinach and let cook for 1-3 minutes until wilted. Take off the heat and let cool to room temperature.</div>
