<p>The filling has some bright, herby flavors with greek yogurt, herbs, spices, and feta cheese. To give it some body I’m using chickpeas along with fresh veggies, olives, and pomegranate seeds. These look so adorable and I absolutely love the sweetness of the watermelon paired with the savory filling. Top these off with a drizzle of balsamic or tamarind chutney for a bit of tang, and there’s lunch for the afternoon sorted!</p>
