Ingredients

  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 15 pcs green cardamoms
  • 1/2 tsp black cardamom seeds
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg powder
  • 6 cloves
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1 tsp peppercorn
  • pinch saffron
  • pinch mace  (javitri)

Instructions

  1. Grind all ingredients together in a blender untill it's a fine powder.

  2. Sieve and store in an air tight container.
