  1. Mango Yogurt: Take the mangos and cut them in half. Scoop out the flesh, leaving the shells for serving. Blend half of the mango with the yogurt.

  2. Chaat: Dice the other half of mangoes and combine it with the rest of the ingredients. Mix everything until it is well combined.

  3. Assembly: To serve, pipe the mango-yogurt mixture into mango shells. Add the chaat on top of that and garnish with pomegranate seeds, papdi and bhujiya. Your Mango Chana Chaat is ready, enjoy!
