
This modern take on chaat features green peas, apples and avocado in a tamarind-honey dressing! Dressed up with puffed rice and pickled radishes, it’s a simple, classy dish to spice up your arsenal of appetizers!
In a bowl, mix together the green peas vatana, potatoes, avocado, apples, onion, puffed rice, green chilies, cilantro, sumac, chaat masala, red chili powder, salt, and lemon juice.
In a separate bowl, whisk together your honey, tamarind pulp, salt, and pepper. Pour into the chaat and gently toss together until well combined. Adjust any seasonings to your taste.
