Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup dried butterfly pea flowers
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • honey , to taste
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1/4 cup blackberries
  • lemon , sliced
  • carbonated water or soda

Instructions

  1. In a pot, bring your water to a slow boil and then turn off the gas. Add in your butterfly pea flowers and let steep for 10 minutes. Strain the tea and let chill in the fridge for 2 hours.

  2. Once the tea is chilled, mix in your lemon juice and honey.

  3. To serve, add a few spoons of blueberries and blackberries into your serving glasses. Muddle the fruits and then fill the glasses halfway with your butterfly pea lemonade. Add in some ice and top the glasses off with some soda. Garnish with a sliced lemon and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

  • I used blackberries and blueberries, but you can pair it with any fruit of your choice.
