
These baked garlic kale chips are a perfect easy low-calorie snack or accompaniment with a healthy crunch!
Preheat oven to 300°F/150°C.
Remove kale leaves from the stems and roughly tear them up into large pieces.
Wash the leaves and dry them thoroughly. You can either use a salad spinner or air-dry them. Make sure that the leaves are completely dry otherwise the water will steam and make them soggy during baking.
In a large bowl, massage the leaves with olive oil, making sure every part is covered.
Then sprinkle the seasonings and toss them to combine. If you want, you can add grated parmesan cheese too.
Spread the kale leaves in a thin single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 15-20 minutes till kale chips are crispy. Toss the kale leaves half way into the baking.
Let them cool for 5 mins and your kale chips are ready.
