Remove the pit from a halved avocado and scoop out the avocado flesh into a small bow.l. Gently mash it with a fork.
Then mix in lemon juice, green chilies, cilantro, salt and pepper.
Toast a slice of bread until it's golden brown.
Spread the avocado mixture on top of your bread.
Sprinkle some corn, tomatoes, pickled radishes, feta cheese and microgreens on top. Add some lemon juice, salt and pepper as per your taste. Drizzle some truffle oil and enjoy!
