Ingredients

  • 1 cup tomatoes , finely chopped
  • 3/4 cup onions , finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup mixed color bell peppers , finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp green chilies , finely chopped
  • 2 tsp garlic , finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp tomato paste
  • 2 tsp hot sauce , sriracha or chili garlic
  • 1/2 tsp dried basil
  • 1/2 tsp oregano
  • 1 tsp lemon zest
  • 1 tsp orange zest
  • salt , to taste
  • 3 tbsp cilantro , finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp orange juice

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a bowl. Toss together until combined and enjoy!
