Ingredients

  • 4 corn on the cob
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp sour cream , optional
  • 1 lemon , cut into wedges
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder , or paprika
  • 2 tbsp cotija cheese , or use any other cheese
  • 2 tbsp cilantro , finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Grill the corn until charred on all sides, about 5-7 minutes.

  2. Mix together the mayo and sour cream. Brush this into a thin layer on the corn.

  3. Sprinkle the corn with lime juice, chili powder, cheese, and cilantro. Enjoy!
