Eggless Nutella Brownies - rich and decadent, these simple one-bowl brownies are perfect for any chocolate lover. This super quick, easy to make recipe only requires four ingredients. No fuss, no mess and you're ready to impress.
Preheat the oven to 350°F/175°C.
To make the flax-egg, in a small bowl mix together the flax seeds and water. Let this sit for 10 minutes until the mixture thickens.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Nutella, flour, salt, and flax seed mixture. Add in your milk gradually until you achieve your desired consistency.
Pour your batter into a 9″ x 5″ baking pan lined with parchment paper. If you want, you can top them with walnuts or pistachios or any nuts of your choice.
Bake for 25-30 minutes. To test if the brownies are done, insert a toothpick and if it comes out clean, the brownies are ready.
Take the pan out and let it rest for 15 to 20 minutes till it cools down completely.
Once cool, take the brownies out of the pan and cut into squares. Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Enjoy!
