
Cilantro Chili Lime Noodles ā fresh, tangy, and bursting with flavor, these are my go-to for an easy lunch whenever Iām craving noodles! With tons of fresh cilantro, cucumbers, onions, chilies, and garlic, along with a few Indian spices and Asian sauces, this is ready in just minutes!
Cook the noodles according to package instructions. Then drain and rinse them under cold water.
In a large bowl, mix together onions, cilantro, green onions, red peppers, garlic, curry powder, red chili powder, paprika and salt.
In a small pan, heat oil and once it starts sizzling, add this tempering into the bowl. Mix everything well.
Now, add honey, soy sauce, sweet & sour sauce, lemon zest, lemon juice and cucumbers.
Then add the noodles and toss everything together. Adjust the seasonings as per your taste.
