  • 1/2 cup strawberries , fresh
  • 2 cups orange juice , freshly squeezed and chilled
  • sugar , if needed
  • champagne , substitute with sprite, sparkling water, or non-alcoholic champagne
  • mint leaves , for garnish


  1. In a blender, add the strawberries and sugar if needed. Blend until smooth and chill in the fridge until ready to serve, for at least 2-3 hours. This can also be done the day before.

  2. In a serving glass, add 2 tbsp of your strawberry purée and fill your glass halfway with chilled orange juice. Top them off with your champagne or other beverage, garnish with mint, and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

  • Use chilled orange juice and strawberry puree for making the mimosa.
