Ingredients

Juice:

  • 3 medium plums , peeled and deseeded
  • 2 medium beetroot , peeled and chopped
  • 1 medium orange , peeled
  • 1/2 inch ginger
  • 4 cups water , or coconut water
  • lemon juice , to taste
  • pinch salt
  • honey , to taste

Garnish:

Instructions

  1. Put everything into a blender and blend to your desired consistency. Adjust the lemon and honey to your taste.
  2. Strain the juice before putting into serving glasses.

  3. Garnish with chia seeds, mint, and lemon slices and enjoy!
